An event for everyone!\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.atwevents.co.uk\/e\/duck-n-dash-aquathlon-9049\">ENTER NOW<\/a><\/p>\n<p>In partnership with\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mcmullens.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">McMullen\u2019s Family Brewers and Pubs<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/paulsbikesdotnet.blogspot.com\/p\/bikes-and-accessories.html\">Paul&#8217;s Bikes<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/amberhealth.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Amber Health<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/freedomtri.wildapricot.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Freedom Tri<\/a> are pleased to stage the Duck\u2019n\u2019Dash Aquathlon at the unique <del>Letchworth Outdoor Swimming Pool <\/del>Hitchin Outdoor Pool. The \u2018Duck\u2019n\u2019Dash\u2019 is a multi-sport race combining a 400m pool-swim with a 5k run.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>There are shorter alternatives for juniors between the ages of 8-14 years and a Team Relay challenge for those that prefer to call on the athletic talents of friends, family or work colleagues to either run or swim. We\u00a0are also working with the BTF to involve visually impaired and mixed ability athletes.<\/p>\n<p>This friendly event is open to a maximum entry of 350 participants and will feature chip-timed, age-group, open\u00a0&amp;\u00a0female competition for anyone between the ages of 8-80 years that would like to test themselves on land and in water.<\/p>\n<p>If you can swim 8 lengths of the outdoor 50m pool and can run 5km (reduced distances for younger age groups), then this is your chance to experience the fastest-growing participation sport in the UK today.
